1. The Z movement is meant focal distance? The normal plasma machine use spring to adjust the distance.
ReplyDelete2. The industrial plasma cutting machine use Auto Untouched Arc Striking. It adjust the focal distance by electric current and air pressure.
3. It has air compressor to filter the water from air. Our engineer suggest to use the gaseous nitrogen, for make the cutting more clear.
4. The rapid speed is 7m/min. But it is up to the thickness of the material and the generator.
